Founder and CEO Candace Washington has over 25 years of professional project management and construction management experience within various industries in the public and private sectors. Candace has a proven and consistent track record of success in managing business-critical projects for several large corporations, handling hundreds of projects ranging from initiation to program oversight.
Candace has held various Senior-level positions with responsibilities for leading PMOs, Operations, Facility Management, and Construction and Capital Improvement initiatives. Candace is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, Professional Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds professional affiliations with several project and construction management organizations. Candace holds a Bachelor of Business Management, a Master of Science in Project Management, and a Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management.
Candace is a licensed General Contractor and a Ph.D. Graduate Research Student and lecturer in the School of Building Construction (College of Design) at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).

Certified professional engineer (PE) with over 30 years of experience in civil engineering consulting and design, commercial and residential planning and design including site development, erosion control, utility layout, water and sewer modeling, and hydrology studies.
Shawn Parmelee, PE
Certified professional engineer (PE) with over 10 years experience in civil engineering consulting and design in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, specializing in stormwater management and design, erosion and sediment control, grading and drainage design, roadway/infrastructure design, and utility system design and routing.
