Construction Management
As project manager, Cancave Management will work closely with our client’s design team through the entire construction process including project planning, budget analysis, site design, building design, permitting, sub-contracting, all the way through the interior finishing phase of our client’s projects. Cancave Management recognizes the close relationship between design and construction. As such, the Design Management process treats these disciplines as an integrated system. Planning for both design and construction proceed simultaneously, examining various alternatives which are desirable from both viewpoints and thus eliminating the necessity of extensive revisions.
Incorporated into design management process is a value engineering review. The value engineering review identifies any unnecessary costs in design and construction, by proposing alternative design or construction technology to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or performance requirements. Cancave Management design teams coordinate extensive design assessments, for which alternative design systems are then evaluated and any cost efficient alternatives put forward for proposal.
